Cookie Policy and Preferences
On our website, we use small files called cookies to enhance your browsing experience. In particular, cookies help us make the site easier, faster, and more interactive for you. This policy explains which cookies we use and how you can enable or disable them.
This policy is an integral part of the general privacy policy, available in the “Privacy Policy” section of our website, which we invite you to review.
DATA CONTROLLER
The Data Controller is Agribel S.r.l., located at Avio (TN), Via del Lavoro n. 18. The Controller can be contacted at data.protection@calzedonia.com.
DEFINITION
Cookies are small text files that the site writes to your device. Thanks to cookies, we can collect information about your browsing and use it to make your online experience personalized or simply easier.
By continuing to read, you will discover in detail which cookies we use and how you can disable some of them if you wish.
TYPES OF COOKIES
We use two types of cookies on our website: “technical” cookies and “profiling” cookies.
1. Technical Cookies:
What are they? These cookies make our website easy to use, helping you navigate and consult our site.
Why do we use them? Without these cookies, some parts of the site would be inaccessible or difficult to use. Therefore, your consent is not required for their use, they cannot be disabled, and we install them based on our Legitimate Interest to ensure the proper functioning of our webpage.
What types of technical cookies exist? Technical cookies include:
- Functionality cookies, which help facilitate easy navigation of the user on the site (e.g., by tracking the preferred language);
- Analytical cookies, which allow us to collect statistical information in an anonymous form, such as the number of visitors and how they use the site. If such information is not collected in an aggregated form and can therefore identify you (through your IP address), these cookies qualify as “profiling” cookies, which are active only with your explicit consent.
2. Profiling Cookies:
What are they? These cookies store information about your browsing habits, such as the pages you visit or the items you have placed in your cart.
Why do we use them? We use this information to show you personalized content and targeted advertising, only after you have explicitly consented to their use.
What types of profiling cookies exist? Profiling cookies can be first-party (managed directly by us) or third-party cookies (owned by our business partners).
How to enable or disable them? You can enable or disable profiling cookies (by giving or withdrawing your consent) at any time using our configurator or by changing the settings of the browser you are using to visit our site.
LIST OF COOKIES USED

2. Permanent Cookies:
These cookies retain data even after you have closed the browser.
You can know the duration of cookies by consulting the tables contained in the “List of Cookies Used” section.
DATA RECIPIENTS AND TRANSFER

- Suppliers and consultants, upon signing a data processing agreement or a co-controllers agreement.
Collected data may also be transferred outside the European Union. In such cases, the transfer will be carried out with adequate safeguards or to countries with a level of data protection equivalent to the European one (and thus subject to “adequacy decisions”) or by signing the “Standard Contractual Clauses” adopted by the European Commission with Decision 2021/914.
